Hi yoz. Daily rants of my life.

Current status is on attachment. I'm with Land Transport Authority.
I have my personal cubicle with a computer, phone, desk, cabinet and etc...
I am currently taking up two projects, one of them is a major one where i have to develop a program for something which can't be listed online. Its a full one so i'm also know as the "software developer" working with client such as QB which function your current EZlink cards.



Sounds cool?



haha. but it totally sucks. kinda stress. even though i would say that working with a government body give u more flexibility such as official work starts at 0830 and u can arrive at 0900, lunch is from 1230 - 1330 which apparently informally its 1215-1345. haha. but i'm stress. >.<



Finally i'm dropping more and more reponsibilities off my shoulders. Left with major event now. I'm glad. Really glad that i've this bunch of really committed guys who continues strives for more progress. dun need any prompting or whatever. What i would like to say is that i really appreciate all of your efforts. Sincerly. survival quest is just over, maybe wanna talk mroe about it.



Hmmx, everyone i dunno why. i got the old feelings back where everyone just work as a team. even xue min is making a really good effort in chairing this event despite being thrown into this the very last minute. It really feels good those good old days. But the interview was really sucks. i'm VERY DISSAPOINTED with them if u know what i'm referring to.



Firstly is on Pei Shan's case. She just felt that she dun wan to continue in Ex-Co because of her reponsibilities. one way u all say u all dun want to force, then why bother to give her so many negative feedbacks. If i'm the one in the cross fire, I'll make sure all of u will get snub by my reply what. u ask if what SP Rovers can gain if she's in NRC. what i would like to say is that primary facts is that she is serving the rovering community as a whole, not SP Rovers, so pls pls pls pls pls dun say things like "You Never YING SHUI SHI YUAN" wtf has it got to do with it? come one la. u are doubting someone again. let me quote what u all have said,"not being in Ex-Co doesn't means that there's no contribution, there's still other stuffs as an odinary member." so can't she just be a member and contribute. What u really say i feel that its really very low for what the words has have come out from "HER" which i once respected very much. dissapointed.



Ok, back to topic, the secondary topic is she can some how get more PR things going on if in case there's a need. come on la, RSLC PRO just set up, u sure can get things going on so fast mehx? still need her de lo. and i would like to say PEI SHAN and ME save SP Rovers ASS once again for attending HQ events if not who are we? Phantom troop? just an SP club? not even scouts at all?



For my interview, we talk about the age term of Rovers. Sometimes in HQ, i feel quite ashame to wear our uniform la. seriously. pple at the back call us an adventure club. THERE'S NO SCOUTING ELEMENTS AT ALL!!!You call building some lame flag staff as scouting? come on la. ALL SPROVERS do is TRAIN AND TRAIN AND TRAIN AND TRAIN AND TRAIN!!!NEW INSTRUCTORS LE THEN WILL CONTINUE WITH NEXT BATCH IN TRAIN AND TRAIN AND TRAIN AND TRAIN!!! almost for 3/4 of the whole semester is train and train. Pls review your rovering motto, its fellowshipping and service to others. Where's the fellowsihpping? where's the service?



Whats more, i have pple as young as lets say 20 years old as my ALUMNI! haha. ALUMNI mentor the current. come on la. have a life. your concept and everything is so wrong. no dobut the hard skill is there, where's your scouting values? and hey, youth is from the age 18-25. you aren't even fully maturely develop, just like me, learning and whats mroe still, pple here just have 3 simple year of rovering and thats it.



Funny still, i have pple from the RSLC saying that they wanna buy an uniform with a tie and coat of arms. If u dare to put it own i say u very powerful. Haha. for everybody;s info, Rovering there's only RSL, ARSL, Rovers Chair (apparently is me who is still wearing a scarf) and Rovers member. So what makes an RSLC able to put on a tie? i wonder.



there's more to say. much more. i hate this. i hate it. I HATE IT!!!
just a piece of advice:"We as scouts is still under the association of the singapore scouting community, ITS NOT SINGAPORE POLY!!! so pls, think about it. u know what i'm talking about."



and hey, "SHE" doubted me again. i'm FREAKING DISSAPOINTED. she ask me so u think u during NS or after NS will still come back and help la. I said a very definite YES but u know what? She say, we shall SEE. HEY HEY HEY. given ur position, u've just said this. YOU FREAKING DOUBT ME! so pls in the future, pls dun talk about your freaking philosphy of what here is a training ground. so it trains u to be like this? i wonder yet again.
