morning was RIC again. sometimes thinking about it, i don't really like my skill sets,
but hey, i've got quite a number of good feedbacks though.
Phyical Training: hmmx, great thing is that me and shann are in-charge of it. easier to communicate. i have create a motto out of PT which maybe the following batch will follow:
"Quitting is never an option"
sounds cliche but its really meaningful . . to me?!? (:
anyway, i actually "fight" for less or no punishment for my instruct-tee from my PT session as i tell the rest that it will really be physically exhausting for them already.
if u guys have been reading, i really think u guys are great by able to take my PT.
i actually use my training back at those days when i'm still in national tracks.

Swimming: I love swimming and after having to learn that coaching lesson at YMCA on how to teach people how to swim. i'm really enthu about swimming.
was kinda dissapointed at the beginning. didn't manage to secure swim boards.
whats more. only 3 came for swimming. hiaz. but thats ok.
they generally can swim. just need tons of refining.
Scouting Knowledge: I'm learning as well just like u guys.
Every week on friday, i'll bring out my stuffs and do some revision.
haha. i'm not an expert. i just try to learn more.
try to get more info, so as to keep all of you intrested.
somtimes i'll think of it, i've actually opted the hard path by volunteering to teach every week if possible. but i just have one sentence, its worth it.

anyway, was kinda please today. Xuan Jun is back. haha.
it kinda boost ur morale even to us as instructors. =D
anyway. after that was backwoodsman at the Rovers Arena.i was arrowed to accompany the instruct-tees to there.
ok la. i dun mind. and haha.
it was really fun to look at the shock of their face when i tell them that it was a 10km hike.
especially melissa!!! >.<
we cook quite a number of stuffs;choco bananas, egg orange, crabstick with tuna, potato, . . . many more.
